Sauteed Dark Green Vegetables
Sauteed dark green leafy veggies, lightly sauteed in olive oil with only 2oz of Smoked Salmon. My own creation.
The veggies I choose are Organic Kale, Swiss Chard, and Spinach. Why those three? Because they have the most nutritional value, very low calories, and a little goes a long way, and inexpensive. It beats eating a salad every day, because that is just so boring! I don't do boring well, so I had to come up with a different tactic.
You can choose any Dark Greens that you like, mix it up!
