My Progress!!
I weighed my self this morning, and couldn't believe I lost more weight!! But I am just too excited today!! Here are my NEW photos of my current weight loss!! I just took them off of my webcam, so the quality isn't the best, but I wanted to be able to share with you not only by writing about my weight loss journey, but also showing it to you too!!

I have been eating a sensible diet of 1500 calories a day, and work out twice every day, expect Sunday's, walking every morning for at least 30 to 60 minutes and doing 1-2 10 Minute Trainer DVD's and enjoy drinking my Shakeology every morning.
The results speak for themselves!!
Since, I have Fibro the weight loss has been slower, But I am doing it!!
