Primal Blueprint 21 Day Challenge

It's Wednesday!  I hope you are having a glorious week!

Happiness is like a butterfly.
The more you chase it, the more it eludes you.
But if you turn your attention to other things,
It comes and sits softly on your shoulder.
 - Henry David Thoreau

Day 13 Completed!

Wow time is sure going fast!  How am I doing on this challenge so far?  I love it!  So far the food recipes and food choices have been very easy for me to maintain on a daily bases.  The exercises have been fun and entertaining, and a little bit challenging on some of the harder PEM workouts.
I do find the Lifestyle challenge, just a bit more difficult for me because of my personal situation.

I have not been weighing myself these past weeks, but I feel lighter, my clothes are a bit loser, and I have more energy!

I am doing this challenge, to experience how this lifestyle works, not so much in promoting or selling this program as I am not affiliated with the company in any way.  This is completely personal experience for me, and I am glad you are right here along with me, to see how it develops.
